Listening Ears presents: Steps 2 Living, a 12 week health lifestyle program. Within a period of twelve weeks, Listening Ears intends to provide you with comprehensive information and enlightenment on how you can Eat, Cook and Live healthily. We will also support you to identify the Barriers that have prevented you for so long to eat and live healthily as a way of life. Holding your hands, we will support you to set achievable goals and take small steps at a time to achieve those goals. We will end every week with The Zumba Dance sessions, which is a very practical, yet exciting way to work out and burn off all the unhealthy fat in your system.
