Listening Ears expands into Newham: Our Steps to Living’ workshop on Healthy Eating, Nutrition and Weight Management is now running in the London Borough of Newham and is open to all workers and residents in the area. Steps to Living is a health and total well being team programme. UPDATE: This programme is now concluded, but we hope to run another series as soon as we secure funding to do so. To take part in future sessions, you can send us an email to add your name to the waiting list.
